RITZ CARLTON RESIDENCE

Kevin was hired to take this spring 13-foot ceiling lofty apartment’s interior with three private bedrooms at the Ritz Carlton Residences on Miami Beach and turn it into an open-air entertainment area with outdoor terraces. The colour schemes were kept neutral for the art to pop and much attention was given to detail to preserve the client’s art collection and show off their favourite pieces, a mix of eclectic styles of modern artists from France and Buenos Aires. Flos Lighting was called in and we used their Noctambule Bowl suspension pendant by Konstantin Grcic over the dining room table and all lights were recessed in the Kitchen.
